I had a very vivid dream about NK and WW3

what do you mean before you think it was not just a dream? it was just a dream. for the past week all you've probably been hearing on the news (and GLP if you browse it frequently) is the possibility of nuclear war. it shouldn't be a surprise when you have a dream about it.

I mean it was incredible detailed while usually my dreams are confused and nonsense. I saw the NK attacked after launching small rockets, I saw its invasion by US and SK, I saw a body in hospital looking very similar to Kim with a large wound on whole body, I saw NK leaders and generals escaping in china with a train and after it bad discussions about who would rule NK... at the end the scene with nuke missiles toward NATO nations and discussions between US generals about impossibility to intercept them until they are at last stage and a damn nuke explosion not far from home very vivid with people screaming and intense light...

Before that dream I tough that nuke missiles had just a single body and not composed of more stages and this is the reason of my questions...

My guess: the GLP effect :)

Again had a similar dream last night after months! I saw Kim Jong-Un at hospital with a large wound but was unclear if was due to a weapon or to save his life with surgery... He looked as dead but maybe was just sedated for anesthesia.

The most advanced nukes have the so-called Multiple Independent Re-entry Vehicles (MIRVs), meaning a single carrier rocket can carry at least a few (perhaps up to a dozen or so in the largest cases) nuclear devices, each of which can be independently targeted.

That means that a single rocket carries at least a few nuclear devices that in the last stage of the rocket's flight separate from it, and then proceed to independently fly to their respective targets.

Aside from the real nuclear bombs, decoy(s) can also be carried.

There are still some "old fashioned" nuclear rockets with only a single warhead. I think all the rockets in the arsenals of such nuclear power like India and Pakistan are of such type. The U.S.A. and Russia might also have some, besides the more advanced MIRVs.

In the train I also saw a pretty woman in male graduated army clothes watching outside very sad and concerned. About the missiles, I remember one of them that was big and I saw it flying traveling on the sea while dividing in 2 stages exactly as do missiles that carry civilians satellites... then I saw a command center with an old general and middle aged commanders... one of them told "we got it" and the old man told "intercept! intercept!" but one of the man in front of monitors scream "sir! we can't until it is at last stages!"... I don't remember more details as I had that dream lot of months ago sorry...

Back in 2002 I dreamed that five missiles hit American cities, and came from some despotic leader in the far east.

ICBM's have launch stages. They go into space then come back down. That why Reagan wanted star wars, to shoot them down there instead of the last stages of reentry.

Hopefully they hit LA, NY, Chicago, San Francisco. And clean house.

Wow. Just Wow. I had a dram last night as well. SUPER vivid. I have taken a break from following up on NK too. But last night I had a very vivid dream. Holy shit.

The specific missile he was referring to is likely the new ICBMs (2) which NK revealed for the first time just recently during their April 15, 2017 parade, both of which are thought to be 3-stage soil-fuel ICBMs that are larger then any other known ICBM and appear to be modeled closely after the Russian ICBM called the TOPOL.

So far not much is known about them beyond that, other then they have them mounted on 2 custom made mobile launchers from trucks which were given to them from China years ago, and they have the ability to hold multiple nuclear warheads (making them technically thermonuclear). To date they haven't been launched BUT will likely test 1 for the first in less then 2 weeks time (on May 1st otherwise known as May Day).

I guess it doesn't help that FEMA is going to be running a atmospheric improvised nuclear detonation exercise above the Lincoln Tunnel in New Jersey at the same time.

I have had 2 or 3 terrifying dreams in the last week, of North Korea launching a nuke.

People periodically predict stuff with dreams. That can't be denied. It's a small percentage, but the Internet is allowing more and more to share their stories. I recently had a bad feeling all of a sudden about a man I had met only two times before for about 1-2hours total. He died a few months later. This NK / USA shit has got ppl worried.
