Hormones help people to loose weight and give energy. Coconut I think has anti-viral and anti-microbial lysine or monolauren in it and helps to de-stress the thyroid. A good functioning thyroid along with fats will raise blood/oxygen levels and body temp which boosts metabolism. at least that's what I have found. but 5 tbsp yikes. |

It is a powdered instant drink made from roasted dandylion root, chicory root, barley, rye and one other grain. Just wonderful all fatted up. I also use a smidgen of stevia. I switched to a high fat diet 2 1/2 years ago. It has made a huge difference in my life, for the better. |

I was just reading about this last night! Do you use Kerrygold butter, OP? I want to try this, but do not have a local source for grassfed butter... I also started taking fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil this week. Good stuff. |
