The only thing that I could figure is that someone off camera on the right had grabbed whatever that was the same time that the cop was walking by...especially if it were a limb belonging to an injured person/..

Great find, OP! There are alot of very strange things happening these days.

Last night (at the press conference with FBI and governor) some guy was screaming "WHY WERE PEOPLE BEING TOLD TO REMAIN CALM PRIOR TO THE BOMBS GOING OFF ) I tried to record it but I'd just turned that channel on and couldn't.

I'm not saying that what happened didn't happen, because I say it did, but there's def something fishy about it.
