This is the media trying to cover up what they already released and were not supposed to. I am sure that the Gov. is just trying to sort out what they are going to say, who this person will be "affiliated" with etc etc. Before they actually publicly announce. Also, they probably want to let Barry tell the Nation that the person has been arrested and is in Custody. Makes it look as though he did it or someshit.
