I live in Indiana and have a friend who lives 20 miles from Boston. Had a hard time calling her yesterday. I kept getting her voicemail. After several attempts she answered. She said her phone was not ringing and had missed other calls in the past few days. My text were taking 2 hours to show up on her phone.
