Hypothetical situation, in a world where media leviathans were to contradict the "official" story relative to one another, the blog poster describes:

"NBC: “After a violent gun battle on the streets of a great American city, during which a suspect in the Boston massacre was killed, an FBI source stunningly revealed they had ended the life of a cooperating informant. He put it this way: ‘The Tsarnaev brothers were recruited by a secret Bureau unit to plant the bombs. The plan was to blame the bombing on so-called patriots, but that fell through, so the Bureau exercised their only option. They put their informants front and center and blamed the whole thing on them…”"

Obviously, alternate realities are not being constructed over false information being propagated by CNN,FOX OR MSNBC, but the phrasing of "different spaces and times" is just ODD to me. Almost like they are trying to induce some sort of feel good metaphysical pseudo science.....hmm..

Any who, the term that is escaping the writer of this article is cognitive dissonance This mental state is heavily and obviously taken advantage of by the media, but also in everything that you see. Random clips of violence here, Random clips of sex here, Random clips of political nonsense there and so forth.. All of it.. Is socially engineered to further induce you in a state of cognitive dissonance in some way or another.

Because.. Well.. You might think you know something, but do you really? Your inability to know for sure is more of a hindrance to how you react and process dramatic news broadcast concerning, for example, terrorism, bombs, the death of children and ultimately, how you respond to the invasive legislation that stems from the above.

Mankind's biggest delusion is the generalization of the concept of "certainty." There's a chance, five years from now, that even your religious beliefs (if any) will be totally different from now.......Then maybe Five years after that, you're back to your old beliefs with a renewed sense of "understanding" then 10 years later, you're old and bitter. Who knows. Do you not learn something new every day?
