I just found this, it looks like the bomb has just gone off, it is a chaotic scene with some falling over and others holding their ears. [link to i.dailymail.co.uk] BUT, there are no runners on the street which we know are there when the original bomb is detonated. Is this some sort of a second staging of the bombing? Maybe they cleared the crowd and then did another "bombing" for the cameras? Thoughts? Edit to add there are no officials in their yellow uniforms either. I just figured out they could possible be blocking their ears and ducking because of the second blast, but that scene still doesn't fit with other photos at the same time (although it is a closer fit).
