Can anyone here get coordinates from photos and put into google earth?

I don't know how to do it.. but I had a thought.

Remember no legs guy, lying in a hospital bed with famous people around him?
Do we know if that is a recent photo? Is there anyway to tell exactly where the photo was taken?

And the Saudi guy that was in the hospital gown, where and when was this taken? Maybe they weren't taken in boston at all.

I still feel this is a hoax. Maybe finding when and where these were taken can put this to rest..
