There have been multiple EAM's, as well as encrypted code. Is there anyone out there with knowledge of shortwave radio code? Where to start? Hell if I know. The sender needs to know what it means so he can encrypt it. Apart from that, like most of the encrypted messages pass around in this medium, it's probably OTP type of encryption, so we don't stand a chance decyphering that thing. |
