Islam was created by the Catholic church as an answer to the break away christians. Catholics never get beheaded by Muslims and the Muslims leave the Catholics alone, ever notice that. So you can clearly see that the under current is a battle between the Catholics and the Christians using the Muslims as the proxy.

Thought I should mention that Christians where Beheaded and many other disgusting things where done to them at the hands of the Roman Catholic Universal Church,

They created devices purely for torturing like:

"the Breast Ripper" a Device to Rip Woman's Breast Off (I kid you not),

They Also had a disgusting device called:

"the pyramid chair"
where one sits on a pyramid and it slowly stabs them inch by inch anus first,

"The Iron Maiden" you have probably seen in Horror movies the Coffin thing with spikes inside so you are basically stabbed with a hundred spikes all at once taking ages to bleed out

"The Rack" a device for stretching the bones and ligaments

"The Wheel" a device for breaking the back

These devices go well and truly beyond merely punishing someone or humiliating them I believe they where created intentionally to have someone stay alive as long as possible and to extend the maximum amount of pain

The Be heading's mainly happened at the Spanish inquisition, where millions where killed for refusing to convert, the Irony is Today Spain is mainly Catholic now, makes my Latino blood flair up

You are an idiot. Western culture does NOT originate with Christianity! Western culture =/= Christianity. Original Western Culture was very very Pagan. Christianity came after. Christianity originated in the MIDDLE EAST and was started by a group of Jews in what is now Israel. You Christians seem to forget IF Jesus existed he would not have looked like your red-haired/brown-haired European hippie guy with classical features. He would have been just one amongst a smelly, hook-nosed mob that the Romans considered disgusting to be around. Imagine that homeless man down the street and imagine him as an Israeli Jew (not a European Jew or a whatever Jew, one native to Israel) with first century-style rags and there is your "god".
