The Apparition of Mary, "Queen of Heaven"
Revelation of John 17:5

In the Revelation of John 17:5 John refers to a woman as the abominations of earth, drunk from the blood of saints and from the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When trying to decipher the meaning of what John is actually saying, many look at the clues found within the verses without giving proper thought to the idea or implications of what is actually being said; clues relating to the observable appearance of what this woman is dressed in. There is nothing wrong with this approach at all and it is natural for humans to form ideas based on the reality of the interaction of the physical world. However, the most important meaning is a mystery, hidden from most due to the power of our very own relationship with the physical world. That is, the pattern of thought that keeps us very dependent upon the two dimensional realities of the physical world.

John's reference is to Babylon, a very specific one at that and to properly understand one, first, has to start at the root within the Bible where Babylon is first mentioned. That root starts in Genesis as the beginnings of false worship are discussed when referenced to Nimrod. This can be seen is Gen 10: 8-10. All of the civilizations found within the area known as the Fertile Crescent worshiped Gods based on rites of fertility, and the Sun. This can be seen in Jeremiah 7:18, 44:17-19, 25. Even today as many people celebrate Easter the origins of Easter are wholly unknown, yet can be traced to the exchanging of Ishtar eggs. As history progressed a dominant goddess was established, that goddess being Inanna or known better as Nammu the Queen of the Heaven, and depicted as the moon goddess as her crescent was placed above all gods on the register. In Sumerian times, Babylonian, the origin of the universe was due to Nammu, and one of the goddess she birthed was the moon goddess Sin. Nammu was a considered a virgin as well.

How does this relate with the current times and the most dominant form of Christianity, Catholicism? Over the past century there have been many claims and reports of the Mary apparition appearing before many people and performing many miracles. This is all well documented and observed by many. The great signs, wonders, and miracles that this apparition is accredited with caused the Catholic Church to officially dedicate the entire world to Mary in 2004. Their beliefs were that Mary would unite all religions, and bring about global peace, because Jesus is too controversial and divisive. The Roman Catholic Church has proclaimed Mary to be intercessor and in 1854, declared conqueror of death and evil. This is clearly repudiated in Hebrews 7:25 and 1 Timothy 2:5.
The apparition of Mary says she is the Queen of Heaven, Mother of God, Queen of Ages, and the Lady of all Nations. She has said when declared co-redemptorist of the church that she would be peace to all nations, and in 2005 The Roman Catholic Church declared her the Lady of All Nations. The following scripture passages that all relate to the end times clearly shows the problem with such doctrines of demons. 1 Thessalonians 5:2-3. Daniel 7:23, 8:25, 9:27. Revelations 6:1-4, 13:7-8, 17:18, and 18:3. 2 Timothy 3:13. Matthew 24:24. Galatians 1:8-9. 2 Corinthians 11: 14-15. All these accusations for global peace can be summarized within God’s words found in, Jeremiah 7:18, 44: 17-25, Ezekiel 8:14. These all go back to the Queen of Heaven found worshipped in Mesopotamia.
The apparition of Mary has told her followers to erect statues, shrines, and idols to venerate her, worship her, and to pray to her to remind everyone the importance of her role and presence within the Catholic Church. In 431 AD the Church proclaimed Mary Mother of God, just one example of the forty unscriptural doctrines that church practices and adheres to. In 1854 she was named the Queen and Gate to Heaven. How does this contradict the very simple and true words found in the scriptures? Deuteronomy 4:14-19 No idols, no statues, no heavenly wonders are to be worshipped. Isaiah 42:8 God will give His Glory to no one. Furthermore, the apparition of Mary has made the claims as sinless, an immaculate conception, and should be seen as the bright and morning star, because she will crush the serpent. The church followed her lead and in 553 AD claimed her perpetual virgin and immaculate conception, and in 1854 sinless. The following scripture passages must be read and noted, 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 Satan is an angel of Light. Romans 3:23 we are all sinners. Isaiah 42:8 God will give His Glory to no one. Isaiah 44:6 God is the first and the last, beside God there is no other.
The apparition of Mary says she has been sent to save the world, and she alone can and will redeem us as she is the ‘ark of salvation’. In 1950 the Roman Catholic Church declared Mary the ‘Ark in Heaven’. 1 Peter 1:18-19 Jesus is our redeemer. John 15 Jesus only. Luke 1:38 Mary says she is the Lord’s servant. Acts 4:11-12 Jesus Only. Hosea 13:4 God only. The apparition of Mary says she atones for our sins, suffers for us as her heart is found within Christ’s heart, and in 1950 the Roman Catholic Church proclaimed Mary had gone to Heaven as Jesus had, known as the assumption of Mary. John 19:30 Jesus said, “It is finished.” 1 Peter 3:18 Christ suffered once and for all. Hebrews 10:12-14, 18 One sacrifice, no longer any suffering.
As you can see this apparition clearly has not stayed true to the words of God, and thus has to be tried as false, and rather the angel of Satan. She has time and time again went against the very words of God as reflected in the above passages, but there is many more references that can be found. Babylon the Mystery as once again Satan has fooled so many believers that are quick to follow before they question the intentions and truths to such accusations. Are there any churches today that live up to word of God? Clearly someone can see similarites of the apparition of Mary, and the Queen of the Heavens Nammu, the goddess credited with the entire universe.

Re: The Apparition of Mary, "Queen of Heaven"
Your post is so full of incorrect and misleading information, I can't respond to it all. What apparition of Mary are you referring to? There are hundreds, if not thousands, reported across the globe. The Catholic church has only approved a handful of these apparitions.

If you really want to know what the Catholic church actually teaches about Revelation and about Mary, why don't you look to the Catechism instead of relying on outside disinformation agents?

Do you even know what an intercessor is? Do you even know what the 'Communion of Saints' is? Catholics do not worship or idolize Mary. They regard her as a loving mother, just as Jesus taught:

"When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, 'Woman, behold your son.' Then he said to the disciple, 'Behold your mother.' And from that hour the disciple took her into his home." John 19:26-27. You think these words made the Book of John, the pinnacle of the Gospels, because Jesus, the son of God, was concerned nobody would take care of his mother?

Mary was born without sin - if she had been a sinful person, how could she possibly have carried in her womb the perfect, sinless and divine Jesus? He had to be born perfect - unsoiled by the sin and evil of this world.

Catholics honor Mary's purity and her complete abandonment to the will of God. This is not idolatry - we don't worship Mary, we ask her to pray for us because she is so beloved by the Father and by Jesus. How can you dishonor Jesus by loving his mother - whose entire existence was dedicated to giving glory and honor to the Father and the Son? It's impossible! We pray to Mary only asking her to pray on our behalf - we do not worship her. We only worship the Triune God (Father, son and Holy Spirit.) All glory and honor belongs to God alone - this is VERY clear in Catholic theology.

That said, Mary clearly has an integral role in God's plan. If you notice above, in the book of John, when Jesus refers to his mother, he uses the word 'Woman' and 'Woman' is capitalized. This conjures up and refers back to the 'Woman' in Genesis - "I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers, they will strike at your head while you strike at their heel." Genesis 3:15. Mary's complete abandonment to the will of God as well as her purity and her absence of sin are the antidotes to evil in this world. Why should her example not be held up for us to emulate?

Back to the apparitions - it is possible, in fact, very likely, that a large number of these apparitions are either fake or demonic in nature - a trick of the enemy. This is why it is imperative that the faithful should treat any apparition that has not been investigated and approved by the Church. And the Church is very clear on this point.

Are you anti-Christian, or just anti-Catholic?

I chose not to worship the words of a church or men, such as Catechism. A word which not found within the Bible. We are all born sinners, again an idea that you are not familiar with.

Woman relates to the feminine as Jesus is the groom within the bridal chamber, and we all are His bride if present within the chamber. We all our the bride of Christ. I don't expect any Pope, which you call leader and Holy Father, Cardinal, Bishop, or priest can accurately and truthful speak about the bridal chamber, and how it relates to the Holyest of Holies. If they could they would be without a job!

Once again Jesus is intercession and the only, please tell me where in the scriptures it says anything else?

Oh, and by the way - on what basis do you embrace the Bible as the only word of God? Do you even know where the Bible came from? It's clear from your assertions that you don't.

There is no such concerning Mary as we all are born with sin. This myth was made up by the Church to push their Queen of Heaven agenda. Oh, but wait you can find it in their book, Catechism. Jesus spoke a lot about Catechism, and referenced it on a regular basis, as it is littered throughout the Gospels.

So I suppose God condemns us all to hell when we call our biological fathers, 'Father'? Seriously - this is getting ridiculous. Who is the Father of confusions and lies? Satan. He has enacted a very insidious attack on the Catholic church because it is his biggest and strongest opposition. Suit yourself if you want to believe this B.S.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37674349

 Quoting: ParadigmShift

Who said you should worship the Catechism? I said if you are going to make claims about what the Catholic Church teaches, then perhaps you should read what it ACTUALLY teaches. How do you claim any credibility if you haven't done any research?

Oh, and by the way - on what basis do you embrace the Bible as the only word of God? Do you even know where the Bible came from? It's clear from your assertions that you don't.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37674349

Obviously you are clueless about the word worship, by worshipping that is exactly what I mean. Your book dictates and changes the word of God. How about you pick up a bible and understand what it says, before you focus on your false book. Ok

Re: The Apparition of Mary, "Queen of Heaven"

Sorry only 1 man was sinless and that was Jesus Christ. He had the very mind of God (the Holy Spirit). The Lord even stated "no man is good only my Father in Heaven". Mary was chosen, however NOT sinless, read the Bible.

Where does the bible say that Mary was not sinless. Give me that passage, and I'll be glad to review it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37674349

The wages of sin are death. If Mary was sinless she would not have died a natural death.
And also: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23 Surely you can understand what all means. It does not matter which Pope or other Human being says otherwise the Bible is clear.

A very few on here know the truth and that's a good thing. Most are totally deceived and you speak of "catechism" (which is of man). "The Vicar of Christ","God on earth", "Queen of Heaven" et al. All are pagan and secular concepts and as Christ Himself said "Uselessly they do worship me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me for they follow the commands and doctrines of MEN....".

There is a difference between judging and being tolerant. However, most Christians do not know the difference. Been intolerant to doctrines of demons is not judging, rather it is preserving the truths found within the words of God.

Your reference to the Gospel of Thomas, "the plank" is also within the better known Gospels, "as judge not lest be judged." Again, there is a fundamental difference between tolerance and judging. By being tolerant we as a society have allowed godlessness to take over, and corrupt the very words of God, and the way we worship God.

One of the reasons why Humanity is at this juncture in our present lives. Judgment nears and it will be all His children that have been mislead by doctrines of Demons that suffer the most. Love is a presentation of the truth is it not?

Satan hates the truth, does he not?

It is written that their eyes will be closed and their ears will be shut. Naturally, actions are dictated from our hearts and minds, and by measuring them our own accountability is held before God through His Son Christ Jesus.

When we establish a real relationship with the all of God by becoming the bride of Christ Jesus, within the Bridal Chamber, the holiest of Holies, love pours from the father thru His Son to one. And yours through the same source to Him.

No, wrong interpretation of a wonderful true prophecy. The catholic church is the whore of Babylon, the mother of harlots (most of protestantism who follows her in many of her doctrines, and especially Sunday sacredness). "Mary" who is supposedly appearing is not of course the mother of Jesus, as she is asleep awaiting the resurrection of life when Jesus comes. It's just satan, demons impersonating her, and it's just the tip of the iceberg compared to the deceptions of satan that lie ahead. Deceptions so convincing that unless you are grounded on a "thus saith the Lord" you will definitely be deceived and lost!

OP. I have known many people who claim to know God, that are judgmental and hateful, and could not possibly know him because of that. God sent us his son to teach us about love and forgiveness. Jesus asked that we not only love God, but our neighbors as well. Try loving others and you will find God.

There is a difference between judging and being tolerant. However, most Christians do not know the difference. Been intolerant to doctrines of demons is to judging, rather it is preserving the truths found within the words of God.

I'm sorry, I do not know you or understand your way of thinking. The good Christians I have known tried to live their lives the way Jesus Christ lived. When you told another human being what they don't know, without knowing them and when you capitalized the word "idiot" you appeared to be very intolerant and hateful, thus nothing like Jesus Christ. To know the father you must go through the son and I can't imagine, by your own words, that you know the son. Like I said, I don't know you and I am only basing my observations on your own words.
