MSNBC host Martin Bashir on Thursday trashed the National Rifle Association and used the Lord’s Prayer to do it as he delivered an offensive “NRA version” of the well-known prayer.

“There is also a prayer breakfast at this weekend’s conference, presumably to include the NRA’s version of the Lord’s Prayer: ‘Thy kingdom come, help me keep my military-style gun. Give us this day our daily dead,’ and other various phrases like that,” Bashir mocked.

Imagine this was Hannity, or Beck, or O'reilly and they mocked planned parenthood with a twisted version of a muslim prayer......

They would be fired for sure.
