I just inherited ~3 million $. Tell me how YOU can change the world if I give you 100k.

I want to have a place, where people who are homeless, can sleep, shower, eat and have the opportunity to start their lives again.

Everyone has done something stupid, some people never know about it, and some people get busted and lose everything, or... They just had bad luck, no family to help them, or....they're mentally challenged and they were refused care, or... They got caught up in drugs/alcohol and now they made it to the bottom....

The only way now....is up, but without support, you can't go anywhere.
I would love to give that chance back to people who really want it.

That's what I REALLY want to do with my life. Really help people.

But 100k isn't enough for what I want to do. You should do something good with the money, help others in need who have no one to help them.

I would set up a fully furnished and equipped, soup Kitchen. I would have plenty of good plain foods to cook from scratch to save money. A good stockpile of staples, ready to go in our community for tough times ahead.

I would encourage donations as well and call this first of many...The Stone Soup Kitchen.

Stone Soup is what the group ate when everyone only had a little...but they put it together and they all ate well.

People would be encouraged to add to the stockpile, and all would be encouraged to join in every month for a community soup kitchen experience as we prepare and practice to help each other. It is not a food bank.

I think the idea would catch on in many communities and be of great help in emergencies. It would rely on volunteers and older retired cooks like me.

It would have nothing to do with any church. No preaching. Just a strong sturdy building able to feed a lot of people in an emergency. Every town needs at least one. The first one will be in my town.

As to my list above about the trees and destructive forces add: fungus, radiation from Fukushima and Geo-engineering (chemical trails)

AC, see my earlier reply on this thread---I'm totally with you. Homeless people need help and with this economy adding millions --including families with little kids--to the ranks of the destitute and homeless they need meaningful help. If I ever have the means to do something about it, I will.

Yup that's what I would do with it. After getting started it would take about 5 years before you could seriously make enough money to do actual good. Personally I've always been fond of Scottish Rite Hospital....I've seen them take cripples and have them up and walking in a year.

Takes a lot of donations to keep that place running...

I would buy the new 3d printer machine and have the kids come and have workshops on the weekend on it and see what amazing things young minds can come up with!

i have alot of ideas to change the world and would love to be able to put that money to good use doing just that. but if you really want to see someone change the world give it to eric dollard, that guy could really change the world and that money would be use alot better in his hands than mine no matter how much i want it.

--archiving skills needed for survival in a civil environment wherein people know how to read, write and calculate;

--reformat old textbooks that challenged students instead of indulging propaganda and dumbed-down hierarchical thinking;

--recomposing books that teach Wisdom and commonsense and differentiate socialist legalism from Common English Law;

The money is to support me personally over the next ten years so I can simply devote my time to this enterprise, to which I already give 12-14 hours a day.

There is an interplanetary game in development which will bring questions about the Elite, Greed, and the Society.

The game environment is in the near future, when the AI is developed enough to replace all human workforce.

What the Elite will do by then? Use the machines to work for the humanity, or enslave the humanity to work for the machines?

We all know the answer.



People will be able to walk around space stations, and fly over an entire galaxy, fighting against dominant machines.

But this game then brings other related issues which will try to show to the player how our entire society is wrong.

The game will come together with a website where questions like "what can we do to make this world better?", open for discussions, and with rankings to bring the best ideas to the top.
