Military plane near Bona, MO clips powerlines over Stockton Lake
Hey everyone.

I'm new here and didn't see this anywhere yet. I don't know what the full story going on is, but it seems a low flying A-10 Thunderbolt clipped some power lines that fell into Stockton Lake.


I'm from Springfield myself, and used to swim there as a child. I hope this is nothing, but you just never know anymore.

From what I have gathered and heard locally, it happened yesterday afternoon sometime.


That's the only report I have seen about it so far too.
