Yes, it is according to which state it is. Some states have been taken over by the USA Government, as wild life reserves, which to me seems unconstitutional on its face.

Yes, it is according to which state it is. Some states have been taken over by the USA Government, as wild life reserves, which to me seems unconstitutional on its face.

The Feds own 50% of the land. Most of it is national parks. States have their own parks as well.

...Unless we've sold all of it to the Chinese already...

In India forest and wildlife was under state subject until indira gandhi under emergency (1977) amended (42nd amendment) to bring it under union list. agenda 21 is under full swing here thanks to her.
