The phone chat went well. I arrived at the restaurant first. He was already complaining about the parking, etc. Then he did not want go into the restaurant. I got into his sports car and he then told me that he had a business deal he had just found out about and needed his attention. We drove 10 miles at which point he got out of the car and left me there for an hour. (Did I mention it was hot?) Upon his return he asked me where I wanted to eat and then short cut my answer with we were returning to the restaurant where my car was parked. The entire time he was on the cell phone either talking or texting or showing me pictures of people I I did not know. At the restaurant, same thing. I asked where the restroom was and he was so busy on his phone he pointed me in the wrong direction. Upon returning to the table - he was -- you guessed it -- back on the cell phone. He then asked me what I wanted to do next. I replied that I was not familiar with the city - but perhaps a movie - a casino - a walk on the beach. He then actually said "I was thinking about tv and relaxing". I was shocked, too shocked to say anything. I stood up from the table and he then announced a highway to meet him at and that he was going to pay for my gas AND GIVE ME SOME MONEY. You guessed the end of this story. I got in my car, paid for my own gas, and here I am at home. I would rather be alone. the wise shall shine brightly like the splendor of the firmament, and those who lead the many to justice shall be like the stars forever.
When she shall die take her and cut her into stars and she shall make the face of heaven so fine that all the world will be in love with night |
