Is there a difference between the universal energy and personal vital energy? People have different types of energy, which they can consciously change by performing practices. Does the individual Reiki healer modify the universal energy when they use it? I guess the body modifies it depending on what is needed for healing. Which is better for healing, Animal Magnetism or Reiki?
