Ok, so rather than starting another post, this post continues the main one. Gold looks to be ready to tank again. For what its worth, I believe this is the final washout that takes us to the buying point. A continuation of the original crash a week or so ago.

Damn!
Was so set on a $25 bottom, I used all my allocated fiat to buy physical. And was really happy to get the silver when it hit $22.22 spot.
Now it's what, $19.50?
Oh well, live & learn. This was dollars spent that would have sat in the bank collecting 0 interest.

Remember you only lose or win when you sell the physical. Holding it, it's in limbo.

Twas the first days of summer, weather was hot.
Advice taken from Goldman, commodities were not.
A few measly declines was only required.
And all tards lined up, both young and retired.
Get your bags and buckets they holler and yell.
And loaded up as the shiny stuff fell.
Put on their space helmets they soon after did.
Only to watch as the shiny stuff still slid.
Days, months, then years, surely it was coming soon.
Never once did any of them catch a rocket ship to the Moon.

We reached 1197.02. When and if $1200 gives way I guess its $1000 next? I imagine that'll be the 'great flush' if we can get it.

So, Punk, where do you feel it's buying time. I'm probably on the sidelines for at least six weeks as summer is not my best time of year business wise, and I'm probably going to incur into my cash reserves to keep operating. But I am curious as to where you think the bottom is. You previously seemed to think the $1100s was the place to buy but now you seem to think it might go below $1K?

I've been doing a lot of reading from various market guys and $950-$1150 seems to be the area to try and buy. I've been saving $ for many months. The last time I bought, eagles were $1736. Looking forward to buying again. Going through withdraw really. lol

you are just going to encourage the goldtards.

Demand won't drop to zero. People will always like to decorate things with gold.

If all the central banks stopped their antiquated hoarding of gold bars and dumped them on the market... they won't be doing this... gold would drop sub 100 dollars and mainly be used for jewelry.

Now, some people are delusional enough to believe "gold is money", which is retarded. It will never be money again.

The sole reason it ever was money was because how highly the Egyptians revered it, they thought their gods were made out of it.

It the Americas gold was always worthless until the Europeans came.

C'mon now. You know what a gold lease rate is, correct? You don't actually believe your statement do you? Why do you think central banks are buying record amounts of gold? Do you think they believe the price of gold will rise in the future or or fall?

Its really much simpler than people make it. The gold price was set free in 1971. It went up 25X in 10 years. Got into a bubble and popped. Bottomed at $250 and has currently risen 7.7X before being overbought again. The DOW has gone up 14X since 1980 and should rise much further. For gold to repeat its 1980 run it'd have to go up to $6250.00. If it just does what the DOW has done (14X) we're looking at $3500 (Sinclairs most recent target). Bread doubled every 10 years since 1971 give or take 10%. ON A LONG ENOUGH TIME LINE ALL TANGIBLE THINGS RISE AGAINST THE DOLLAR. ALL OF THEM. ITS JUST THAT SIMPLE. This is just a natural MAJOR correction for gold.
