When I talk, I always feel like I'm bothering people

Like when you ask a question, you have to get people to listen and look at you so they can understand what you say.

This is where it hurts. I don't like grabbing people's attention that much. It just feels wrong sometimes. So when I do, I feel a bit guilty and embarassed for taking precious time away from people.

So I don't want to bother people when I ask questions.

So what? If you are bothering others, that's their problem not yours. Don't live your life always worrying about what others think. I am not saying you have to be a jerk and walk all over people, but simply talking to people should not be a big issue. Practice makes perfect, just keep at it :)

Ask Questions always.

We are all the same in gods eyes so be your best self and persuade yourself that you should get those answers.

For interrupters, ask them if the middle of your sentence is interrupting the beginning of theirs.

For sighers, ask them if they have asthma.
