I gave up at 40 or 41 (i'm 42) and feel relieved.

I couldn't even believe one day I would give up this before.

But it's far better this way. I don't even know how to explain. But it's like life back at normal with no worries.

Who even knows what that is? Real romantic love, I'm assuming you mean. Life is not a rom com. We've been sold a fairy tale that is unrealistic. Most people give up once the sexual thrill wears off.

But I found real love from having a child. My love for my child is real and unconditional. A child loves his parent with abandon if you provide love to them. That's real love.

Wake up! Disney fairy tales aren't real. Most of today's women are incapable of love because nobody in their life could possibly be more important than them.

Love isn't found, it's made through sacrifice and putting others feelings and wants ahead of your own, in return that person does the same for you. Sacrifice isn't in the vocabulary of most women nowadays. They want it all and they end up with nothing... But cats.

Not sure what the age could be,but I gave up when I knew it was never gonna happen.

Some people are just never meant to be with someone. So if someone says you will meet that certain someone someday,don't believe them.It's just a bunch of horseshit.

Love this ^^^^^^^. I say never give up OP...but!!!!! The universe told us you have to love yourself first and we all agreed and then no body did so now the universe had to dial the romantic love back a bit til we love ourselves, then we can go back to romance, and love making which it will be than instead of what it is now.
