Russian Nuclear Posture Should Deter Foreign Military Operations

The balance of M.A.D. is more precarious than it was during the Cuban missile crisis days, with preemptive war doctrine on the table, doomsday seed vaults and D.U.M.B.'s, NATO encroachment in post soviet satellite states, and antimissile shield elements chipping away at Russian and Sino- nuclear deterrence.

The global war on terror is an obvious facade to the not so secret agenda of world hegemony and domination by western and European elites. UK through NATO and American military surrogates make clear the war planning is ultimately global in nature and it is clear that Russia, China, and all countries not under the forced depopulation and debt slavery N.W.O. system will ultimately be targeted.

The use of depleted uranium munitions proves the callous and inhumane nature of modern warfare without any regard for the future. Tactical nuclear weapons have now been reclassified as a variant of the conventional bunker buster bombs and are authorized for use in conventional war theaters by military commanders without any pre-authorization.

Some of these so called low yield theater nuclear missiles have more explosive potential then the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, yet under current American military doctrine they are considered harmless and non nuclear in nature, and could be fired without any of the checks and balances associated with larger ICBM's.

Another issue threatening to trigger global thermonuclear war is the USA's arsenals of refurbished ICBM's with non nuclear M.O.A.B. payloads, many of which are known to be based at Diego Garcia, as part of Bush Jr's prompt global strike plan, to be able to hit any target on Earth within 30 minutes. The risk with this class of weaponry is that they are indistinguishable on Russian radars from actual nuclear ICBM'S and Russian brass has made formal announcements going back to 07 that any such missiles being fired will be assumed to be nuclear in nature and may elicit nuclear reprisals.

Russia has warned over the years that NATO anti missile encirclement is a direct threat to their deterrence capability and chips away at the balance of M.A.D. (mutually assured destruction). Russian military planners warn that antimissile batteries surrounding Russia could be used by NATO powers to diminish Russia's survivable nuclear retaliatory strike capability, in the event of a first strike scenario. The concern is from studying American and other NATO powers military doctrine that such a scenario is not only likely, it is an absolute certainty, Russia is the target of a war of civilizations pushed by NATO policy.

Fearing a NATO first strike, Russia has worked to bolster its deterrence posture with more offensive and mobile nukes, fielding several new modern weapons systems, including the Baluga submarine based ICBM, and in the event of a NATO first strike, Russia's submarine fleets will no doubt deliver mutually assured destruction even in the face of unprecedented NATO antimissile systems.

When one reads wikipedias description of MAD "The strategy is effectively a form of Nash equilibrium in which neither side, once armed, has any rational incentive either to initiate a conflict or to disarm (presuming neither side considers self-destruction an acceptable outcome)." and here in-lies the problem, MAD no longer applies, the NATO powers seem to think that they can win a nuclear war if they initiate it with enough antimissile systems to mitigate Russia's surviving retaliatory capacity, and they do not care how many NATO countries are destroyed in the aftermath, as long as they achieve their admitted goal of world government.

Their goal is nothing short of the complete control and disarmament of the planet at any cost, and it does not seem to matter to them in the slightest if this sadistic totalitarian quest for world hegemony precipitates global thermonuclear Armageddon.
