I will agree that most people need to get more fresh raw fruits and veggies into their diet. It is only natural to do so ,but human evolution is the result of a diet high in animal protein. For hundreds of thousands of years we have lived off of fruits, vegetables, nuts, roots, eggs, and meat. As we increased our meat consumption we evolved larger brains and advanced our methods of hunting animals. We never let go of the gathering aspect but increased the hunting to further our species. There is nothing good to come of a diet high in carbohydrates. The agricultural revolution has been the downfall of human heath. The elite want you to live off of grains so that you will be dependent upon their heath care system. As time progresses we will become a race of obedient dim witted cattle under the control of the powers that be. To those of you who think fake soy and seitan based meat substitutes are great, sure they taste just fine, as does the shit being sold as meat from the fast food industry. I was a strict vegan for 13 years. I thought I was eating healthy. The slow progression of ill affects brought on by my diet finally reached an apex and I made the switch back to a paleo diet. Organic raw fruits and vegetables, greens, grass fed meats, hormone and antibiotic free meat; most of all, avoiding all grains. I feel better than I have in a long time. Health issues subsiding. Fat melting away, muscle mass increasing, better sleep, more sustained energy. Dont bee fooled. They want you eating their GMO grains. It is in their best interest.

I try so hard to stay with fresh fruits and vegetables but it's not easy when you are trying to do it for a family so yeah we do end up eating a lot of grains. I agree they are terrible for you but I do what I can and I'm figuring more out as I go.

It is hard to abstain from grains. Just remember, everything in moderation. Lets face it, eating healthy is expensive and inconvenient in our culture. You have to put forth and honest effort and have discipline. A good rule of thumb is to not eat anything that can not be consumed raw. You vegetarians/ vegans, I challenge you to eat raw wheat. Go ahead. The fact remains that most vegetarians and vegans live off of wheat gluten and soy protein. And those who claim that meat can not be safely consumed in its raw state, you are right. The commercially processed corn fed antibiotic and hormone injected meat that you find in the local market is a disgusting mutation of what meat should be and it is processed in an even more disgusting manner. Our factory farmed meats are awash in feces. The truth is, a naturally raised animal that has been killed and processed with care can safely be eaten in its raw state. Name one grain that you can say the same for.

there is no advantage to being a vegetarian - spiritually or physically, and with all the supplements vegans have to buy to maintain their health, it is twice as expensive (if you are not growing your own)

He had no special dietary restrictions when growing up so most likely ate the things his parents and siblings ate. And people ate meat then. God said it was ok to eat it after Noah's flood as long as the blood(the life) was drained out of it. He wouldn't have said to do it if it was bad for us.
