And now, the 32-year-old has shown up on Khloe's Facebook page looking exhausted and enjoying a nap with Khloe and Lamar Odom's boxer pup, Bernard. Kim K's mega-bump during her pregnancy could be compelling evidence of twins. By the OTHER hand, Kate the Fake, still didn't look pregnant at all, until the day she stepped out of public scene, in the same day that Kim K gave birth.
