Im sipping hot cocoa..yes even in Summer..my icecream machine is kaput so it has to be hot drink

Me too, or at least swimming, I usually go once a day to swim, now I go twice..at sunrise ..yawn..and at night

Things can get that bad. My brother killed himself.

I miss him every day but I see why he did it and I know I am going to do the same because he was the closest person to me, not only that but my life is crap anyway.

Just as those who are left behind say suicide is a selfish thing to do it is also selfish to want a person to stay alive just because you need them.

Life is unfair to those who feel they have no choice but to die and for those who have no choice but to watch it happen.

I feel that Sophie has missed so much beauty and love; she was and is so very, very loved as I'm sure both you and your brother are. I wish you strength, so much strength.

I'm thinking of you. The awful thing is that I know exactly what you mean. It would be easy to stop this pain right now. Incredibly easy. Physically. Emotionally, I'm not so sure; I think about my daughter and granddaughter, my love, who is my total rock, my good friends...how would they feel if I was to kill myself? Would it be their fault? Was I not loved enough? No. Suicide comes from an unstable, unstoppable emotion which, thankfully, I've never experienced. Life is so beautiful, regardless of the pain. I can only hope that one day you find that beauty.

yes my neighbour just killed himeslf last week in toronto. were waiting to find out what day it was cause it was housekeeping that found him and mom hadnt spoken to him for a week.... sad knowing he may have been laying there for as long as a week before someone found him.... we all tried to help over the months but we failed. suicide is not the answer its the cowards way out of life....

Here is a Near Death Experience Account of a woman that shot herself with a shotgun.

She claims to have been told that if we commit suicide were only doomed to relive all that pain that brought us to suicide in another lifetime. Maybe were working off some karma and there's no way to escape it!

It does matter; you are loved. I don't even know you and I would hate to think that you would do something like that and I have a brotherly love for you. Turn to the real Jesus of the Bible and accepet him and him alone as your religion/saviour and you will be saved. He who created you loves you.

She's just in another place. That place is far better than this one, this Valley of Tears. Still, she doesn't forget you, and she loves you right now, as you love her. She had a missión to do here, and you were and still are a very important part of it. It's hard, of course, but it was and it's a missión of love and awareness. Of hope too.
