Silvertards & Silver Stackers Lies, Scams & Delusions
1. Silver is scarce - 787 million ounces world wide mined this year alone. There are billions of ounce year over year

2. Buy at any price, silver is a store of wealth- in 2011 silver was at $49-$50 per ounce. Today it's $18.60. How can you call something that loses over 60% of its value in 24 months a "store of wealth"?

3. Fed quantitative easing = silver to the moon $500 per ounce or more- Fed has been easing since 2008, whats silver done?

4. Silver shortage- go to any major bullion dealer. You can buy as much silver as you want and have it delivered overnight

5.Buy Silver at any price and never sell it- see #2 on this list

6. The evil banskers suppressing silver prices- I guess Supply and demand does not exist in the minds of silvertards.

7.Silver has been money for $5000 years-- It's 2013 fools, and nobody thinks silver is money outside of the fringe 1% that is the silvertard community. It's just a commodity and nothing more.

8. Max out your credit cards to buy silver- yes there is a youtube silvertard doing this and has probably convinced other zombie silvertards to do this as well.

9. Buy Silver crash JP Morgan- whatever happened to those losers? Havent heard from them since.....2011

10. Silver is good to have during economic collapse... ummmm who would give you food and water or ammo for your generic buffalo rounds?

I buy silver as a "savings account"
It's not like my fiat is earning any interest in the bank anyway. The fiat money in the bank is used for paying bills only.

The thing he fails to point out is the gigantic diconnect between the paper and physical markets. You can't buy physical ANYWHERE for under 20, but the market is 18.60?

Most places are in the mid-twenties. So what does that mean exactly? And what do you think will happen to physical prices once paper prices start going up?

I think his post is true if you are talking about paper silver. Anyone buying into that market is an idiot.

Yes, and all those still holding the old currency have nothing. You can always cash in your PMs for the new currency.

What is the alternative to buying silver? Letting your cash sit in some bank at 1.5% interest. Buying silver is like buying insurance, insurance for a rainy day. Like the eventual collapse of all fiat currency backed by your DREAMS!!!

1.5%? It's more like .1, up to .5 for large accounts.

Here's the tricky part, though: we don't know when the dollar will die, or whether we'll be able to hang on to silver until its value is truly realized. I'm torn between stacking all I can and keeping some fiat around for increasing costs of everything, esp. medical. Right now, selling silver is a bad idea because of the manipulated low price, and I don't want to be caught at a bad time with silver I can't sell.

In other words, if some big expense popped up, I wouldn't be able to sell siver to cover it right now. That's the risk, until we see the price shoot up and stay there (meaning they can't manipulate it anymore). Timing is everything.
Have I now become your enemy by telling you the truth? (Gal. 4:16)
