Akashic Records. What do we know? What evidence do we have?

I'm sure that all information/data in the universe is never lost and can be accessed in some way, both past and future. The fact that it is called the Akashic records makes it sound like fruity New Age stuff.

I don't know how it appears to others but I've visited while lucid dreaming. In my mind..( might be different to yours) I saw an all white room with shelves of white books. I opened one book, the pages have nothing written on them, but video like images do appear. I've only accessed my own or of earth history? but i was looking at an event that had passed but hadn't occurred yet in my waking life.

I tried to get in to them and was shown a brown leather book with a gold pattern on it, yet that was as far as I got.

I have met others who I have given permission for them to read mine and well the information they passed on was quite accurate.

Of course they are recording everything you see think and feel right now, gods supercomputer knows all secrets.

Would they be connected to Indras net I wonder...

actually akashic comes from a sankskrit word for air, so instead of new age, try ancient knowledge as in one of the first languages on the planet.. lol

one must deny i\oneself to access , many things, and if those things can be held, than more shall be added.

Yes! I like that much better, thanks for explaining. I just always hear bullshit New Age dudes using the term. Seems they have tainted 'akashic records' for me.

First time I heard of the akashic records was when I researched Edgar Cayce who imo was a true psychic. Then I went to wiki to get the scoop. Of course I don't know for sure but my guess is that there are other dimensions of existence out there and Edgar was fortunate in that he was guided by a benevolent spirit.

His immunity to spiritual deception was based on his being 'pure of heart'. That is he didn't benefit or live large on his ability to project his self. True profits live a life of self denial, fasting, humility self mortification etc...that is they want to be small.
