Any private military contractors on GLP? Zimmerman related question

GZ is going to have to change his lifestyle drastically, probably for the rest of his life. I was doing a little reading tonight on a military forum and there was a discussion regarding the feds holding up GZ's gun and other property. A few of the replies were of the nature of that they would be more than happy to give weapons and training to Z. I was wondering if that could actually come to fruition. Some sort of Pro Bono consulting regarding things hes going to need to do and know how to do, SA training, and what not. Hell, if I was an owner of one of those companies I would be more than happy to do that and post a contractor very close by for the forseeable future on my nickel. What say you?
