after a baby we are left with flab hanging or even a small pot belly but not a big round belly. all goes back to place inside with in days and usually we might keep abit of weight on. her belly even those who had c section have a larger belly than those who go natural so it takes longer to heal. they say breast feeding helps restore your shape faster but yeah her that belly is not normal. the dress played on her boob area to make it appear larger

My wife gave birth within the same hour that Kate did to our 2nd son (healthy & beautiful) and her belly is still bulging out almost 7 weeks later, despite her exercising etc.
