He'll do precisely what he and his figure-head predecessors have ALL done - which is EXACTLY whatever the string-pullers behind the scenes that no one knows nor have ever voted for TELL him to do.

Exactly. The president is not the one who decides what he does in office. It is the people who are truly in power that decide what the president does. How do you think Obama got elected? He doesn't have very much money. He won due to certain wealthy individuals' and corporations' "campaign donations"
