I just forwarded your comments to the advocates that know this case inside and out. I know there is a whole group of underage kids this has happened to, are you sure this on the correct case? I will let you know as soon as I hear something. This young kid was not the only one, nor will he be the only one.

I was on lime wire and frost wire on the internet when I found 100's of pictures of child pornography that was put on there by the FBI. It wasn't too smart for me to look at this stuff but I did and got in a lot of trouble. The judge that I had to see gave me 2 years of probation and said that it would go away as long as I graduated. I'm well on my to that. The judge did not make me have a sex offender tag and pretty much called the fbi guy at my hearing a sleaze ball. She told them not to do that in Alaska again without informing the state. She was pretty mad that they put all this stuff on sites that kids and teenagers go to.

Judge, Andrew Rose had a whole lot less than me. Only two pictures and he deleted them. It's not right for your state to do what it's doing to him. I made a mistake and learned from it. The judge here could have made me a sex offender and that would have ruined the rest of my life. This kid doesn't deserve what you are doing to him. Please Judge Lamke give Andrew a chance.

That is the statute that he is charged under { Felony B RSMo: 573.037 It has the "or" no an "and"...it's not a second offense. And if he saw the two pics then deleted it, which is what it states...the whole file itself could have had 20 or 100 pics on it or a video linked to it. He would be charged for whatever was on that whole file.

Again, it's about getting the word out there for people to be careful for what links they click on. It is better to be informed than to be caught unaware. People are too trusting about just clicking on any ole' link. Look at the guy that the email was sent to, just to set him up!

The real pedos out there will love the FBI for doing this. Now they can download child porn, blame the feds, and have a good chance of beating the rap.

I recognized the potential for setting people up via the Internet almost from the beginning. I'm sure a lot of people did. Knowing there are people out there who have the ability to manipulate and alter video and other data should be a warning. If someone wants to bring you down, it isn't that hard. Right, legally stating what I said in laymen terms. It was not a second offense...there were two photos..that he deleted wanting to get rid of the garbage...but not knowing what was happening. Autism runs all throughout both sides of his family. He received two counts for the same link. This was established by the D.A. Mr.Parks at the last hearing.

Autism gets thrown around a lot these days. It's a seventeen year old, autistic so sympathy is almost automatic. If this person has been wrongly accused and charged then I hope he gets off. But a kid with autism is not necessarily not a pervert or not interested in child porn. Will be interesting following the case.

Very true. What concerns me is that they are doing this on a regular basis. It's not just this one case. I just happen to know the ones advocating on this case. Surfing around on the internet can be dangerous if people are not careful.

"Translated it means 2 counts as determinant during the last court hearing. This was clearly established during the "Findings." The next court date is Aug.6th, 2013."

"Within the p2p file sight was a slide show, the forensics clearly shows he hit and deleted said items. Only one offense."

I think accusations of pedophilia are the perfect way to get rid of someone and put them in prison, no physical evidence is necessary to incite a jury.

Once accused, only the accused's family and friends realizes he's innocent, everyone else wants to kill him on sight.
