You're probably talking about an IP clash. Google it, its not necessarily a hack attempt...

DHS or even SPLC making havoc on your life. Someone is spoofing you and logging on. Start changing your passwords to banking , email, blogs etc. Clean history and cache, flush DNS
run virus scan. Run spybot, see what background process are running. When running anti virus and spybot, physically disconnect from net by unplugging. Unplug power to wifi and modem for several minutes. Change PW on router WPA2. Look up procedure to force router to grab a new IP address. Might as well do all other maint like defrag etc.

from cmd , do a ipconfig all and get all your info before you do all this. do it again after and see what has change.

Turn computer off. I've heard but not sure , that changing out your network card or using a wifi USB dongle will issue a new MAC address. MAC is how networks identify a specific computer and therefore log on a site without loggin on

All these will make someone have to start all over and maybe just give up.

This happened to me several times at different free wifi sites in different states.

Looks like a dirty trick of some kind.

Remember.......they think "entrapment" is legal under the War Commissions Act.

So......frame ups and mind control and planting evidence to spoofing ip is within the military contractor's skill set.

They can and do take control of home computers to download child porn to your home computer.......a lot like sending incriminating porn to your US Mailbox? Don't you look guilty to the vigilante scum? ....like Zimmerman?

Most likely your desktop and another device such as a laptop or phone has the same IP address. Reboot one or the other and it will be fine.
