COFFEE FLAVORED POSTOM

I might try it again, not sure. My family became Mormons temporarily when I was a teen, and we drank Postom and it tasted like muddy water to me. Dad also use Near Beer to quit his drinking habit (didn't stick to it for long lol).

Health-tard here...

Theres nothing wrong with coffee, enjoy! Coffee is shown to have many benefits.

Meanwhile, if you really want to improve your health, start eating "paleo". You will be healthier and stronger for it. Here's a good resource:

Thx, the Paleo diet looks almost the same that my chiropractor put me on for my nueropathy. He told me I can drink a cup of coffee but not to use sugar or milk.
I will look into this further, because I was only allowed to eat fish and no fruit (only berries) on his diet. The paleo looks like more variety.

Re: Anyone know of a good tasting coffee substitute?
I know some answers say drink water. I agree with water being healthy, but so are some coffee substitutes. I drink ALMOSTcoffee, which has only roasted barley chicory and corn, and all of those are healthy. It brews like coffee and I drink a whole pot of it every day. It helps me get down more healthy fluids and something about it is good for the hair and nails, because my nails have become about twice as strong and my hair either falls out less, or breaks off less (whichever it was doing before), because I get less hair in the tub strainer when I shower. So what's wrong with that?

Try Pero. You can get it at health stores. All natural and decaf. Smells and tastes like coffee. Google | Pero coffee.
