Quoting: ITZCOMING Theres nothing wrong with coffee, enjoy! Coffee is shown to have many benefits. Meanwhile, if you really want to improve your health, start eating "paleo". You will be healthier and stronger for it. Here's a good resource: [link to www.marksdailyapple.com] Thx, the Paleo diet looks almost the same that my chiropractor put me on for my nueropathy. He told me I can drink a cup of coffee but not to use sugar or milk. I will look into this further, because I was only allowed to eat fish and no fruit (only berries) on his diet. The paleo looks like more variety. |

Martha E User ID: 47607793 United States 09/29/2013 10:56 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I know some answers say drink water. I agree with water being healthy, but so are some coffee substitutes. I drink ALMOSTcoffee, which has only roasted barley chicory and corn, and all of those are healthy. It brews like coffee and I drink a whole pot of it every day. It helps me get down more healthy fluids and something about it is good for the hair and nails, because my nails have become about twice as strong and my hair either falls out less, or breaks off less (whichever it was doing before), because I get less hair in the tub strainer when I shower. So what's wrong with that? |
