Anyone know of a good tasting coffee substitute?
Here I go again, using GLP as Help me with my health again.

I know there are a lot of healthtards on here, so I want to know what's the best good tasting coffee substitute out there.

I'm using the Organo Gold and love it. It's just a wee little expensive., I was thinking of being a member and buying it
wholesale, but first I want to try other coffee substitutes. Not Postum. I was forced ot use that as a teen and didn't like it. I found Dandy Blend and I'm thinking on ordering it to see if I like it.

(I'm trying to caffeinated for my health)

Any suggestions?

I drink a tea called mate. It's South American and has a much richer flavor than regular tea. I sweeten it and add cram, just like coffee.
I mention it because although it is caffeinated, it won't give you the coffee jitters no matter how much of the stuff you drink.
It's my favorite.

I've been drinking Cain's naturally decaffeinated coffee, and it's ok. I also switched to Cains naturally decaffeinated tea and it's good. Heart rythym is better.

Does it tasted like coffee? I love the coffee taste. I have so many teas and they kind of remind me of flavored water.

Try one teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil in a cup of black coffee...it's delicious!

I like to use Nutiva, it's only $10 for a big jar.

Ding ding ding!!!

Those that posted chicory and dandelion - this Dandy Blend has both of those. So, I will be ordering it!

It is made of water-soluble extracts of roasted roots of dandelion, chicory and beets, and the grains of barley and rye. Nothing else is added. While we make no claims for Dandy Blend other than that it is a delicious herbal beverage with the taste, body, and texture of coffee, the ingredients - dandelion, chicory and beet roots, and barley and rye grains - are all health-promoting foods respected throughout the world.

If caffeine is a concern then why not drink decaf? That's what I do anyway since I still like the taste.

Actually, the Organo Gold, is awesome. I also has a mushroom in it that help your circulation. However, it cost $30 a month for it. It has very little caffeine in it. I'm ready to try something healthier and less expensive if it's out there.

Health-tard here...

Theres nothing wrong with coffee, enjoy! Coffee is shown to have many benefits.

Meanwhile, if you really want to improve your health, start eating "paleo". You will be healthier and stronger for it. Here's a good resource:
