You are in way over your pay scale. Quoting: Mickeyblue 9806228 Firstly we were commanded to spread the gospels, the good news. The only two things that Christ told us to do are love God above all others and to love our neighbor (anyone else) as we love ourselves. No where in His messages to us is to do anything else but whAt comes out, naturally. He gave us varying gifts to be used and they are different for each of us. No where does it say we have to suffer, that is not a loving state. In the Phillippines flagellatiuon is still practiced , is this what you espouse? There is nothing we can do to save ourselves, He did that already, to conclude all to Him in this. Here are a few more things he told us to do, there are more, just couldn't recall at the moment. I did not include the original ten commandments, but Jesus endorses them as well. "FORGIVE EVERYBODY OF ALL THEIR OFFENSES AGAINST YOU." "YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." "ABIDE IN ME, AND LET ME ABIDE IN YOU." "LET PEOPLE SEE YOUR GOOD WORKS." "END DISPUTES QUICKLY." "WHATEVER CAUSES YOU TO SIN, GET RID OF IT." "DO NOT SWEAR OATHS AT ALL." "DO NOT RETURN OFFENSE FOR OFFENSE." "GIVE WHAT PEOPLE ASK OF YOU, AND GIVE MORE THAN IS REQUIRED." "LOVE YOUR ENEMIES AND THOSE WHO WORK AGAINST YOU." "GIVE TO THE POOR TO PLEASE GOD, NOT TO GAIN APPROVAL FROM OTHER PEOPLE." "PRAY PRIVATELY AND SIMPLY, NOT TO IMPRESS OTHER PEOPLE." "MAKE YOUR PRAYERS BE LIKE THE LORD'S PRAYER." "WHEN YOU FAST, DO IT SECRETLY, NOT FOR SHOW." "STORE UP YOUR TREASURES IN HEAVEN, NOT ON EARTH." "DO NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR MATERIAL NEEDS." "DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE." "MAKE GOD YOUR HIGHEST PRIORITY, AND HE WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR NEEDS." "FEED THE HUNGRY, CLOTHE THE NAKED, SHELTER THE HOMELESS, COMFORT THOSE IN DISTRESS." "FOLLOW THE NARROW PATH TO LIFE." "BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS." "EXERCISE POWER OVER UNCLEAN SPIRITS." "LOVE LITTLE CHILDREN, DO NOT DESPISE THEM." "DO NOT TAKE THE TITLES 'MASTER' OR 'FATHER' FOR YOURSELF." "RESOLVE DISPUTES IN AN ORDERLY WAY, LIKE THIS." "DO NOT OPPOSE OTHER BELIEVERS IN CHRIST WHO ARE NOT IN YOUR GROUP." "HAVE TOTAL FAITH IN GOD FOR EVERYTHING." "BE LIKE THE GOOD SAMARITAN." "LOVE OTHER PEOPLE AS I HAVE LOVED YOU" "BE MERCIFUL." "GO AND TEACH ALL NATIONS, BAPTIZING THEM." "KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS." "A religion that gives nothing, costs nothing, and suffers nothing, is worth nothing." ~ Martin Luther "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Philippians 2:3-4 [link to www.badjao.org (secure)] |

You cant expect everyone to instantly be were you are at its just not possible. Everyone is different and Jesus makes it very clear we are not judge. We may sense a higher or lower spirirual advancement around others but we are not to judge others, everyone is growing at their own pace. Just keep loving other people as your doing. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41746819 Actually, we are commanded to judge others. Jesus only condemns hypocritical judgement. There are many verses that command us to judge, but not a single one that says not to judge. Unless you take Matthew 7:1 out of context which almost everyone does. Read Matthew 7:1-5 (slowly) and also Luke 17:3, 1st Timothy 5:20, 2nd Timothy 4:2, Romans 15:14, Ephesians 5:11, and 1st Corinthians 6:2-6 to name a few.
