While I do listen to certain isochronal tones for getting into certain states, I believe that repairing anything in the body physically has to be done by generating the actual sound waves, which cause vibration within the body itself.
Quoting: Xerces All of the sound waves I make can be felt in my heart. Why not just treat the heart with sound to cure the body? Also, has anyone performed belly button self-therapy? It can be done that way as well, or mentally with visualization. I'm saying though, for playing actual music and what not, a more powerful effect can be created by generating the sound waves into the air using oscillation. Try practicing an ohm chant and hold it at the harmonic resonance. See how you feel after holding certain pitches. I'd recommend that you do it along with an ohm video, because they are in the correct frequency.
