There is a ratio of body wt to tsp's oil that you should not exceed. Frankly, I don't know what the signs of overdose are. However, if you are regularly going to dose with any omega-3 oil with vitamin D, you need to take a monthly vit D test, to make sure you are not over-dosing. |

I had some success with joint inflammation and pain when I took the codliver oil. The only difficult side is that I would belch it and sometimes have nausea in the AM. It is also rather expensive. |

It is a silk worm enzyme also called "serratia peptide" which under patent to TAKEDA PHAMACEUTICALS in Japan only as a prescription anti-inflamatory agent called "Danzen" or "Dasen" and, sadly, for none of its other beneficial effects. Google the name of the late German doctor, Hans Nieper, as well and read about his work in Germany with Serrapeptase. This amazing enzyme is not only effective against inflamation/arthritis, but it also cleared Dr Nieper's patients' carotid arteries and possibly coronery arteries of plaque buildup. If you decide to try it, make sure to get an enteric-coated version as it should be absorbed in the intestines rather than in the stomach. A friend bought a significant supply for me from ENEREX of Burnaby BC, Canada and their website is www.Enerex.ca if anyone wants to pursue this inexpensive, natural supplement which seems to be perfectly safe if used as directed. It has already made my arthritis disappear and has sharply reduced inflamation/pain in a hip joint (caused by an old injury). I am contuing to take this twice a day in the hope that it will act like "Drano" and clear out the plaque visible in my latest angiogram film in my partially blocked coronary arteries. Who knows? When I went to the health food store about my higher than normal blood pressure, they suggested a b-complex and potassium. I think, though, that my thyroid isn't working at optimum and nothing is going to work until I get that back into gear. |

I just got off a 60 day raw fruit diet. During that time I did the lemon cleanse for 5 days. (not long enough) Anyway, I was on 420 mg of Tiazac, plus accuretic, which has BP med in it. I am totally off the BP meds now. My BP is still higher than I want it to be, but it runs in the high 140 to mid 150...bottom number is usually pretty good...below 90, I drank lots of lemons plus lots of Cayenne Pepper. Both links are below. PS I had a tipple bypass in 2000. And I'm off meds now, so you can do it too. I think the "raw fruit" diet and the lemon cleanse will help with just about everything that is wrong in your body. Anything that has the life giving seeds within the fruit you eat is classified as fruit for this diet. I made a wonderful salad with: Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Olives (probably not considered as raw, but I sparingly used them anyway) Avocado, Tomatoes, with Extra Virgin Olive oil, first cold pressed. After the 60 days, now I'm 'stir frying' the above ingredients. A group of online friends when on this together. The least anyone lost was 25 lbs. Some lost 38 lbs. We feel great! [link to therawfoodsite.com] [link to www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com] PPS...there are many good sites on the value of Cayenne pepper. |

Stop eating the crap food, and start taking proteolytic enzymes with your cooked foods. Also take them between meals.....Serrapeptase, and bromlein(from pineapple) are proteolytic enzymes(protein digesting) Fish oil taken early in the day can make you feel nausea.
