Going through benzo withdrawl is no fun.
Missed my refill day by 3 days over the weekend and have to wait to see if my doctor will refill it. Feeling weird.

Go to a supplement place that sells phenibut and take about 1.5 to 2 grams of it -- just as good as any "benzo" (though you can only take it two to three times a week, with a minimum of 2-3 days off it before taking again).
