Honestly I couldn't tell you what your concerns should be over this, but if you're worried about it why not just vaporize?

Vaporizers are very nice but typically made of plastic and aluminum which might not be safe to inhale through when heated.

I would go for a percolator bong/waterpipe. Use hemp wick instead of a lighter because there are fewer toxins.

The best vaporizers use Ceramic Heating Elements and Glass.

And yes, smoking weed does elevate your heart rate for a short time after smoking weed. Same as exercising. So if you are a very inactive person who never exercises, then I'd start getting some daily exercise in your life - go on walks etc.

As far as hardening of the arteries goes, Im not sure. Better to be safe and vape or stick with edibles.

I'd rather take medical advice from GLP than a doctor. I also heard the pot reduces the hardening of arteries. With all the money that goes into cardiovascular research, you would think they would of came up with something to dissolve the plaque from arteries.

Untouched tobbacco you buy in bulk is the safer bet, but inhaling any type of smoke is bad practice IMO.

Lol I went to the doctor stoned and my BP was 130/95 and my heart rate was 90. The nurse asked me if had ran to the hospital lol . After the procedure like 2 hrs later my BP was 121/86 and my heart rate was 65. The nurse gave me a look and she definitely knew I was on something lol

Smoking tobaki causes chd because of all the chemicals in them. the dank has never been proven to cause any diseases, with the exception of the addiction to feeling euphoric.

Cigs are so different because of the chemicals and I am so sick and tired of everyone comparing the two when they obviously have done no research.

If you are truly worried, just switch to a vaporizer or eat it. Absolutely no side effects.

The medical industry has totally hyped up the high blood pressure myth to get you on medicals. Your BP is within normal range ( i use to have a EMT license, but I am not dispensing medical advise, only my opinion). It's true that smoking elevates it temporary as previously indicated but it would be nothing worry about.

If it was something like 160/105, I'd start to worry and simply do some breathing meditation (again, not medical advice but only my opinion). Also, cutting back on table salt helps, switch to Himalayan salt.
