Only God can cause people to repent and believe they would never do it on their own because they hate God and there is no good in them it's Purely by grace you are saved 1st he causes you to believe and causes you to admit you a sinner with a Godly repentance God saves you its only then by him that you know you're a sinner and you have His blood to pay for your sins and it drives out aLL fear and your confident and believe by faith with all insurance that your saved this faith and belief is generated by god otherwise your own heart would condemn and you would be in fear and would not belief god loves you because if look within you know you hated god and their is no good in you so it takeS an act of god to cause you to belief he loves you and his sons blood is for you only those WHO have been chosen in Chris Jesus SINCE THE FOUNDATIONS can feel the comfort you remember god is greater than our hearts this why the same word that saves some condemns others And this believe is different that your saved and he Loves you and knowing it was nothing you did on your own belief or faith no works of you at all THE FAITH IS FROM HIM For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:9

Conclusion
What still stands

* So yes it still stands people can't truly believe in Jesus on their own it's not up to them so we can stop telling people they have to believe because it's not a choice and its something they can't do or even if they chose on their own its STILL to no effect
* And yes it still stands those how call and believe in the name of Jesus are saved some don't understand why they believe they just do god is able to make them stand and their self righteous is covered by the blood of him if they are chosen in Him from the beginning in Christ Jesus Hebrews 6:6 thing, we don't know always who are His and who is not wheat and tears He says by their fruits will we recognize who is in the vine and who is not God prunes the true vines so they produce fruits and cuts of the dead leaves and corrects them, the truth in us is not self generated but the works of Him and evidence and a token of His working in us "author and finisher" but those who are not he cuts off and lets them continue in their sin and harden their hearts ’23 And then will I profess unto them, ‘I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.
