What is Coming, and What we Must Do

Respectfully friends...both (OT and NT) are filled with admonitions for (true believers in the Prince of the Kings of the Earth: those of the saints of the Most High - those spiritually reborn, specifically, His Church)...to "make preparation" as you put it, and to do so (specifically within the context of the "end of the age" and the nearing (of the appearing) of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.)

Because it's late tonight, I'm not going to reiterate (some long list of verses on this subject)...but again, they are there; and it's deep.

They just may not be in the (exact way that, perhaps one's mind is "expecting them"), when one thinks of "prepping".

Most importantly, I can tell you categorically - the heart of the "prepping" (again for the believer) - is in the "internal" prepping; ie "sanctification".

I've done a large amount of research on this specific subject (of this specific subject matter of this above post: namely, verses with "action words" for the church, as the second coming nears), and can tell you that (THERE ARE BETWEEN 78 AND 82 VERSES IN THE NT THAT SPECIFICALLY DEAL WITH THE ISSUE OF TWO THINGS: 1. GOD'S DESIRE FOR THE CHRISTIAN'S "ACTIONS" (VERB USED IN SCRIPTURE) 2. THIS "VERB" (EITHER AN ADMONITION OR COMMAND) FROM "1" AND...DONE WITHIN THE SPECIFIC CONTEXT OF THE NEARING/APPROACHING SECOND COMING OF CHRIST...IN OTHER WORDS TO "DO" DURING THE END DAYS.) It's between these two numbers because it depends on how you count the verses (and using "bible software" won't get this for you due to "subject matter" within word/sentence context...you must read the entire Word of God, specifically counting/looking for this as you read (which I've personally done with the NT, but not completed the OT yet on this project).

As I said earlier, these verses are desires God has for His believers (to do, act upon, become, etc.) within the context of the end of the age...and they mostly deal with "INTERNAL" PREPPING "AS THAT DAY APPROACHES"...HOWEVER, THERE IS ALSO A SBUSTANTIAL NUMBER OF THEM - THAT ALSO INCLUDE "PHYSICAL" PREPPEING. (AGAIN WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE END OF THE AGE.)

FOR NOW, LET ME LEAVE JUST ONE BIG ONE (ON THE "PHYSICAL" SIDE OF THE PREPPING DESIRED BY GOD FOR HIS CHUCH): BOTH OT AND NT, TELL BELIEVERS THIS: LEAVE THE URBAN AREAS: CITIES. YES IT SAYS THIS...IN MULTIPLE VERSES (SPECIFICALLY WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE END OF THE AGE AND NEARING OF THE SECOND COMING).

THERE ARE POWERFUL PROMISES THAT GOD HAS FOR HIS CHILDREN TO DO SO.

ANYONE THAT DOES A COMPLETE STUDY ON ALL "ACTION" WORDS (VERBS) USED BY THE SCRIPTURES (WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEARING OF THE SECOND COMING OR END OF THE AGE) WILL SEE THERE ARE INTO THE DOZENS OF THESE VERSES - JUST ON THIS "ONE" ALONE.

Again, I'm not going to debate this...do the research.

But again to remind: the PRIMARY FOCUS OF "PREPPING" IS INTERNAL (ALL ASPECTS OF SACNTIFICATION: HOPE, LOVE, PEACE, JOY, PATIENCE, GOODNESS, KINDNESS, FAITH, HONOR, SELFLESSNESS, OBEDIENCE, ETC, ETC.)

This is also not to imply, that those that "haven't done much" in prepping are necessarily disobedient and/or will "have an especially difficult time with the GT". Remember, God can make a dinner in the wilderness.

Who while the bridegroom tarried five of the ten trimmed their wicks in their lanterns and brought extra oil. And when the bridegroom tarried the foolish brides ask of those who had brought oil and were told by the wise virgins to go purchase their own.

So when the foolish virgins went to get more oil, the bridegroom came and they were not there.

If Americans want their country, and this is about retaining your country, make no mistake, my suggestion is a concerted effort to round up enough to pay off the debt to China. If the actual citizens were able to do this through an organized effort, considered a loan, it may save the. As far as paying back fed and other countries, that can wait.

Pensions, real estate, gold/silver/precious gems - all thrown in pot and with a trusted accounting firm, added up and offered to those holding US debt.

Taking back your country from the banks (DHS is the elitist's army) is your prime goal. Pay off the debt. Tell them to get the F out of Dodge and begin the healing process.

Edward Snowden probably holds much information regarding who is responsible for this orchestrated heist in the US. But globalization is a scam to transfer wealth and elimination of the middle class is a consequence.

The very definition of faith IS preparedness.

The bible is actually full of preparation lessons. Lets just consider Noah as a quick example. Your idea of having faith is not correct. Faith is what Obama used to get elected. He called it hope. Hope is for the weak and he prayed upon a weak nation to get elected. Never has he taught anyone to prepare. In fact just the opposite. He has told everyone he is going to pay their way so they wont have to worry at all. Healthcare etc etc etc...

Fed won't let it happen. The only thing prepping is good for is an asteroid impact, and even then it's probably bye-bye.

Keep the wall of scripture and get down to brass tax. Be prepaired. Get a pressure cooker and can food. Plant your garden, show these rich f@*ks who is boss. Do not lay down in the face of adversity.

Oh and one last thing. What we must do can you food, grow your garden, store seeds, raise chickens, teach your cildren and if you are so inclined throw out your TV.

Great point that will be ignored in favor of doom scenarios. I have been reading and hearing this same crap for decades. Yes it seems that this will be the outcome and each generation is the same story. I recall the drills in grade school just in case of a nuclear attack that seemed to be on the horizon. Even biblical preachers and prophets ( christians will ignore this as well ) predicted Armageddon and Jesus coming , rapture etc. So here it is here at GLP and the same old news. So this all makes up for good drama but go on people and live your lives. This all is for entertainment purposes. YOur money is good and the stock market will go up and down as usual. THe aliens aren't attacking and planet X is not going to crash into earth etc. LOL IT is all an illusion this disaster doom thing. If it were all true and those that push this scenario I guarantee have money in the bank and still go to their jobs and still live here in the US. If they feared would they be getting married and having babies ? Just enjoy the show. Oh yes Planet Z is on it's way and should earth in 15 years. Oh yes. the economy will collapse as well this year. ...and imagine, just imagine what DOESN'T get reported, i.e., every summer, EVERY summer almost the entire nation of France gets 'set on fire.' There's 'incident maps' which plot out just how BAD France is and has been . . . The gendarme don't even go into specific 'neighborhoods' anymore...

Now imagine what would happen there if ALL THAT WELFARE GOT DISRUPTED, BANKRUPTED, DISAPPEARED, MALFUNCTIONED...

I too believe that something bad is brewing but why is the above theory instantly considered BS simply because it shows maybe a teeny tiny tad of lop-sided optimism? And I had to think real hard before even saying that because I'm grateful to GLP for opening my eyes a year ago and I'd hate to be labeled a you-know-what for thinking that maybe...just maybe...TBTB have kind of fallen prey to their own devices as stated above.

Isn't it POSSIBLE that these fat banker cows like being the kinda fat that we the people have made it possible for them to be? Because if the world really falls to that cataclysmic end, how comfortable are they going to be able to be? Are they going to be happy hunkered down in their pimped out bunkers with bankrolls of cash that they couldn't use even if they wanted to? I'm just curious what the opinion would be about that?

I have to be honest (and not that I matter) and say that I am a single mom with a 25-year old disabled son at home and I'm fearful for his happiness. I'm worried for all of us. I'm going to put myself out there here and ask if anyone besides me is afraid of the predictions (FEMA, Martial Law, the DOOM DOOM). I don't want to die. I don't want my child to die. I want us all to live to see another day, good or bad, and I guess sometimes I wonder if anyone loses sleep.

I see what's coming in so many ways - I watch for it all day and see it everywhere, seeping in. I've tried to prepare as best I can but it never seems enough. I've got my firearms and not afraid to use it AT ALL but would rather not.

Please...is it REALLY an impossibility that TPTB WOULDN'T rather things stay at least how they are?? At this point, I'd be okay with that! Not thrilled, but definitely okay! What is the answer?

I'm thinking these same questions. EMP situation...without a doubt...millions/billions dead. But, otherwise, why would that necessarily have to happen? How can TPTB maintain their lifestyle when there's no lifestyle left to maintain? Even their money won't be worth the paper it's printed on, right?

1. It's obvious you've not read my post (or only selectively)...because I thought I made it clear that there are many scriptures (within the context of the "ET" discussion here) that indeed DO (either admonish or command) Christians to prep...physically.

2. Part of the problem, is that you've described yourself as "Lutheran"...instead of a follower of your Creator - namely, a Christ follower or a Christian. Do you know that "denominations" are man-made "divisions" and described by the Apostle Paul as "heresies".

3. As far as ""stfu" and go read the Bible"...first: bless you!. Next, I'd suggest you do exactly that, and you'd see exactly as I've outlined in my post to be so.

4. And no...I don't drink Kool-Aid.

5. You'd be surprised also at (the actual power - in the physical manifested) of God in your life, (when He's in your life)...when you follow Him - not a "religion" or a "denomination". You can have that friend! (Just ask Him. Turn from your sin/anger and then...you must believe on Him: Jesus the Christ...the Creator of the heavens and the earth; then not let go - because He will test the sincerity of your profession, should you decide.)
