Brainspotting with psychotherapist.

I was emotionally abused as a child, which set me up to be a chaotic victim. I experienced domestic violence in my family of orgin aagain in a relationship with an American man. I never got hit because I can block. I learned traditional karate for the dance moves. An afghan man taught me street fighting for fun. It may have saved my life.
