They do them like twice a year or 3 months of some shit. .... not sure if october is the month or not. In some cases it is costing more money to shut down the service than to leave it open. In the case of the Washington Memorials when they were open there was somebody on duty but to close it they had to erect barriers to the veterans and bring in mounted police and dogs at additional expense.

They do them like twice a year or 3 months of some shit. .... not sure if october is the month or not. In some cases it is costing more money to shut down the service than to leave it open. In the case of the Washington Memorials when they were open there was somebody on duty but to close it they had to erect barriers to the veterans and bring in mounted police and dogs at additional expense.
