Or better yet, we can show them what upholding the law really means by conducting their arrests in a civil and lawful manner, giving them a fair trial and carrying out our duties in a constitutional manner. Food for thought. With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. heresmystupidaccount |

I fucking hate our system. They do everything they can to prop up the wrongdoers behind the scenes. It's part of spreading anarchy. I'm sure there's two sides to the story here, but I absolutely hate the way domestic violence cases are treated. Those classes, by the way, are only about making money. I had a loved one in the same situation. His wife threw him thru a plate glass window. He fought back and got sentenced to 18 months domestic violence classes and charged with misdemeanor assault for defending himself from an attempted murder. I saw the pics. They were both fucked up. She didn't get shit. Ran loose for another 10 years doing meth and messing up her kids till the system finally figured out what was going on and locked her up in a mental institution where she can't do harm anymore and is maybe getting help she needs. But the poor kids went thru hell. Meanwhile, kids are taken away from loving families because their parent's make hemp oil for cancer patients and sent to foster families that rape and abuse them. The system is broken, time for a reset for the sake of our kids, or none of them will survive. The odds don't matter anymore. Fight back. And seriously, stop waiting for cancer. Get the fight back in ya! At least when the shit hits the fan you won't be one of the ones that are too scared to fight cause you're afraid of dying :) With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. heresmystupidaccount |

But...in stealth, our congress in the 40's revoked our rights as citizens. Quoting: Chip Read it and weep...we've been ass raped in the dark by demons in suits. In 1947 Congress mandated "The New Rules of Criminal Prosecution" that states: "The "presentment" as distinguished from an indictment -is nowhere mentioned or provided for in the Rules, being considered obsolete. Link --> [link to digitalcommons.law.yale.edu] The Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Presentment Definition: Linbk --> [link to chestofbooks.com] A presentment is made by a grand jury on its own motion, based on an investigation had at the instance of the members themselves and not upon charges submitted by a prosecuting officer, while an indictment is drawn by a prosecuting officer and approved by the grand jury after hearing the evidence tending to show that the person charged is guilty of the crime named and described in the indictment; but the effect in each case is the same and the distinction need not be further referred to. A short "snippet" from Overkill: The Rise of Paramilitary Police Raids in America by Radley Balko: "As the number of no-knock raids in New York City increased during the 1990s, authorities told victims that their only recourse was the city’s Civilian Complaint Review Board. But the review board’s jurisdiction was so limited. The agency was essentially powerless to give victims the information they needed to seek compensation or at least an apology and an admission of error. The review board was only permitted to review cases in which police themselves act improperly. It wasn’t allowed to look at the substance of an individual warrant to determine, for example, if it was proper for a judge to have issued it in the first place." [PDF] [link to object.cato.org] I highly suggest one reads it. The author was able to put much of our frustrations on paper with statistics and anecdotes to back them up. |

I don't think it's necessarily toothless anymore since there are plenty of angry vets, Oathkeepers, etc. that will be more than willing to back it up. I don't know.
