I was forced to sign a form at doctors today

I wonder if they have any vaccines to make people forget? Like an amnesia shot for the sheeple when TSHTF.

You could - anyone here - consult a lawyer, but I might sign if I felt I needed lifesaving treatment as the OP obviously does, BUT I would add wording that I was signing under duress and did not approve of my records being sent to the Federal government and was only signing to get urgent medical treatment. And then get a copy of what you sign. I don't think that a document that forces you to sign away rights at the price of LIFE SAVING TREATMENTS should be held to be legal.

Obviously we all need to start moving away as much as possible from the whole medical system if this is the kind of monitoring we can expect. Also, Obama care needs to be REPEALED - not just defunded - consider that when you vote for your reps next time - this needs to get on a Congressional agenda.

I saw somewhere (can't remember where) that with Obamacare you have to answer questions about your sex life?

Have any of you heard that?

If so, that is a creepy requirement.

it was a form consisting of
last name first then first name then address then phone number
then a paragraph about they have the right to share your shot records with certain agencys then a place to sign below
nothing else was on the form it did say you can opt out at a later date

They also had notices everywhere about no longer accepting humanacare and 6 other insurances I have never seen this at the doctors but they are banning certain insurance plans all of a sudden

Took my son to the dr's this week. I was asked on a form if we had guns in the house. The nurse called it the "EPIC system" and it was a two page sheet, of very personal questions. Haven't received the form that will go to DHS....but, I'm telling you, after this dr appt, I decided that it's time to switch over to a Naturopath. I'm angry about the dr's who are hired to be data miners for the Gov.

They are testing who is naive and gullible enough to sign it.

You are never forced to sign your rights away for medical care.

Got an x-ray when I was 14? I was asked when my last period was and if I had sex. But it was just in case I'm pregnant and not to harm the baby. It was still shocking and made me uncomfy. But also wouldn't obamacare deal with going to get checked for STDs etc?

CVS or the doctor will give them to you for no charge if you are 65+ on medicare....Eliminating the elderly.

The only thing different I have had to sign lately is a form allowing any office I see to pull the record from the pharmacy I use to see what prescriptions I am filling.I have signed a form 3 different places within the last month.They also informed me they can refuse treatment if you do allow them to get the info.
Like you I have conditions that require me to see a doctor on a regular basics.Its easy to say dont sign if you have no medical problems.

Interesting timing. I live in Texas and a health insurance company left a message on my voice mail this morning for one of their insureds (not me) and it all about getting the flu vaccination too. Seems pushy to me.

Lesson One: the government doesn't do anything for YOUR benefit.

they are giving out these shots to kill people and make it look like they died from natural causes. Not everyone will get sick and die from flu/pneumonia/shingles or whatever shots, but enough elderly or immune compromised people WILL over time and it will look like "natural" causes....they won't connect it to the flu shots.

They get rid of the people they consider "useless eaters" and then they don't have to pay out all the Social Security and Disability monies they don't have anyway.

don't ever get any free shots, and I wouldn't get any other shots the medical establishment/government "recommends".

All the doctors in my area use electronic records.It ill be required soon from what I understand.Some places just havent updated yet.
With the new rules healthcare is now their business or you ill get none.

That is extremely disturbing! And not far fetched either. Or perhaps to know who they've marked and who isn't...maybe both!

Even Dr. Ben carson said on the news the other day that Obamacare has NOTHING to do with health and is all about gov't. control.

im really worried about this flu shot. My wife went in and they told her she was super high risk and just HAD to have the flu shot.

She took it. I don't remember any form though.
I would not take that for anything.

Or so they know who's the sheep that will do their bidding and get their shots like good little boys and girls, so they can infect the ones who don't get the shots, the stinking infidels.

Nobody can force you to sign anything.

You don't know 10% of the problem.

Go do a search for "Meaningful Use" and "HL7" It's the way that every aspect of your personal behavior is being discovered and stored in federal databases. And it's enforced with fines and penalties for medical professionals who do not comply with the information gathering.

You think they've got you covered with email and texting? Think of what they will "discover" by looking at your entire families health history.

Own guns? Health issue.

Have kids? Health issues.

Gee how did you cut that finger? Fed database.

It's also so they will know who is going to be a dissident and who is not. Those who refuse, they will deal with later.

You weren't forced. The only way they can force you is to physically make you sign the form. You had a choice to sign or not. The choices weren't great, but you still had a choice. My choice would have been to tell them to take a flying leap. People need to start standing up.

I heard from Kevin Trudeau that has already happened.
