I was forced to sign a form at doctors today

Under the new law all preventive care including flu shots must be covered 100% by your insurance. So you will not be seeing any more of that sign in your doctor's office.

That's what I was thinking too. I had a not-so-good dream about the flu shots.

If you are foolish enough to get a flu shot why complain about signing a form that shows you are a good little minion.

Dealing with this now can't find a way around getting it for a job without signed medical release from a doc. Either get it or lose your job. Stuck between a rock and a hard place the way this stuff is set up right now I see no way to avoid the shot.

That's when parents die and go to jail then.

They wanted me to fill out 10 pages of paperwork.

I Refused To Sign The Patient Care Act To Share Medical Records And It Had A Spot To Sign Where You Refuse I Got This Same Form And Ther Was Not Refusal Spot And I Was Told To Sign It Or No Treatment I Was Told It Was A State Law And You Cant Get Your Kids In S Chool Or Daycare Without Shots And A Parent Must Sign This Form m For Children also

I went to the website for this form and found out its only for vaccines not steroid shots and its also not for adults its for 18 and under Texas is monitoring disease outbreaks because we had a measles outbreak recently the website states you can opt out and have your records deleted at anytime
Im going to contact them and let them no my careprovider forced me to sign the form its not to be forced you have to willingly sign it Im also going to speak to the governors office concerning care providers forcing this on people I believe the doctors are in with Obamacare and misleading their patients and tricking them to sign the form Im about to file suit after I found out last night they cant refuse treatment if you dont sign

I was desperate to get my shot so that my lungs didnt shut down and didnt want to argue running high fever and hallucinating and seeing spots sick as hell you just want help and im fine today the shot worked right away
so all you people talking crap have not walked in my shoes I have muscular dystrophy and my lungs can shut down and yes I use herbal treatments and vitamins but sometimes they dont help
I have a family to support and bills to pay I cant afford to be hospitalized because I didnt sign up for Obamacare
and I pay cash for my treatment
