Senate Chaplain Has been scolding Senate in his daily prayer for the past week in front of the senators.

The Chaplain (Barry Black), before serving in the senate as a chaplain since being nominated by a republican senator and voted in by a bipartisan committee, ministered for the Navy for 30 years. The seventh day adventist chaplain has made sharp remarks this week, even causing Reid, who was bowing his head during prayer, to look up straight at the chaplain. The words cut deep since they have a close relationship with this chaplain that makes it a case to visit each senator each week and say in his personal prayers the name of each senator every day.
