Obamacare Website Design - $600 Million, Really?
Besides all of the obvious problems with the Healthcare.gov website not ready for primetime, I just went to the W3.gov website to see if I could validate whether or not the Obamacare website was mobile device compliant.

You would think that not only would they have a working website online after having 3 years to work on it and after spending over $600 million.

I also tried to validate the "missing links" but there are forbidden robot, txt.

Copied from the results I just ran:

error Lines: 686, 693, 700 [link to www.healthcare.gov (secure)]
Status: 200 OK

Some of the links to this resource point to broken URI fragments (such as index.html#fragment).
Broken fragments:

[link to www.healthcare.gov (secure)] (lines 686, 693, 700)

info Lines: 288, 312 [link to www.healthcare.gov (secure)]
Status: (N/A) Forbidden by robots.txt

The link was not checked due to robots exclusion rules. Check the link manually.

Re: Obamacare Website Design - $600 Million, Really?
it's ready for mobile, it's a responsive design.

not every site on the web is w3c compliant, you'd be suprised how many big sites aren't.

not sure why you've fell for the seo marketing pitches that sites must be w3c compliant.

It is designed just fine on the front end, the failure comes on the back end, server side shitty scripting and database designs.
