High winds already... wonder how this heap is gonna survive another hurricane

The camera was really jumping around a minute ago .... I thought maybe high winds, then noticed none of the crane hooks were moving ... maybe an earthquake?

And the JNN live camera hasn't been working for nearly a week. It just says "This Live event is over". So we can't compare the two anymore.
Also I have been seeing a lot of shaking lately on the Tepco cam. and the other day it was shaking for ages so I checked the current wind speed and it wasn't high enough to be shaking that camera (in fact I have hardly ever seen it shaking, even when the JNN one was registering a windy day)and the Japanese earthquake site wasn't registering anything, so I'm buggered if I know what is happening but you can bet it's not good.

There is no smoke, there may be steam, but there is steam in that area of Japan, its called mist, fog.

Wtf is an Emission?
