I remember it distinctly... made with his old side-kick Tattoo something or other. Sounded legit as hell to me at the time- I distinctly remember him mentioning 'Thelema', 'lots of $$' and 'UN diplomatic immunity'?!

For almost 7 years after this^ Dutch has proven himself to be an individual of the utmost integrity and as solid as they come doing what he does... which reinforces the likelihood of its authenticity (never mind the video has been shit-canned)- at least HE believed the offer was authentic...

I hope he and his family do not get fucked with any further- Totally dig dude's style and gumption. He has been my go-to for all things geo since I first discovered him years ago.
