I'm pretty familiar with OPPT. At first it sounded like this great thing. It's supposedly funded by a Global Trust to benefit humanity but once I started looking in to it, seems more like a NWO reorganization, bribing we the people into a "New Dawn". Personally, I think it's sketchy as hell. Don't blame Dutch for being hesitant.

The guy always seemed like he at least believes the stuff he says, but my guess is he's being trolled by someone.

Sounds like Swissindo to me...given the UN reference but the OPPT has not done any deal with Swissindo or the WDS nor is likely ever to do so with any such organization that refuses operate in complete transparency and accountability.

Really disappointed by Dutch this time.
